Serves: 4
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups Seedless watermelon chunks (or remove the seeds from a seeded one)
2 teaspoons Lime juice
1/4 cup Warm water (added as or if needed)
Honey to taste if the mixture isn't sweet enough for you

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Freeze watermelon chunks overnight on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  2. Place the now frozen watermelon in a food processor or blender with lime juice and let sit for about 5 minutes to thaw slightly. Blend until the mixture is smooth, adding warm water and scraping the sides if necessary. Try a little and see if you want to add any honey.
  3. After you have finished blending you may either enjoy the sorbet immediately or let it firm up in the freezer for a few hours first.
