Chilled Strawberry "Soup"

Vegetarian!

Ingredients
2 pounds Strawberries
1 cup Vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup Orange juice
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
3 or 4 tablespoons Sugar
1/3 or 1/2 cup Coconut cream (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
FOR GARNISH:
Fresh mint
Orange zest
Whipped cream
And/or strawberry slices

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Place the strawberries, yogurt, orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, coconut cream, vanilla, ginger, and cinnamon into a blender and blend until the mixture reaches a consistency you desire. Add more yogurt if you want it thicker or more orange juice & sugar to make it thinner.
  2. Serve either immediately or after chilling the "soup" for 2 hours. Garnish as desired, if desired.
