Ingredients
6 cups
Cabbage (thinly sliced)
1 teaspoon
Salt
2 tablespoons
Fresh dill (chopped)
3 large
Eggs
1/2 cup
Plain yogurt
1/4 cup
Olive oil
1/3 cup
Flour
1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda
1 cup
Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1/4 cup
Shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees & grease a 9 inch baking pan. Put the sliced cabbage into a bowl, sprinkle with the salt, and knead to soften for 20 to 30 seconds. Add the fresh dill, then set the bowl aside.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl, then whisk in the yogurt & oil. Sift in the flour & baking soda, then mix until smooth. Pour the mixture over the cabbage, then add the cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Stir with a spatula.
- Pour the cabbage mixture into the prepared baking pan, then bake for 20 minutes. Take the casserole out of the oven, sprinkle the 1/4 cup of cheese over the top, then bake for 5 more minutes, then serve.
