Foil Grilled Red Potatoes

Ingredients
1 pound
Red potatoes (quartered)
2 or 3 tablespoons
Olive oil
1 small
Onion (finely diced)
1 teaspoon
Onion powder
1 teaspoon
Garlic powder
1 teaspoon
Dried basil
1 teaspoon
Dried thyme
Step by Step Instructions
- Heat the grill to 400 degrees, wash and quarter red potatoes. Dice the onion.
- Put the potatoes & diced onion into a large plastic bag and drizzle them with olive oil and the spices. Seal the bag and shake until the vegetables are well coated in the oil.
- Remove the vegetables from the bag and place them onto a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Put down another piece of foil, then fold them together to form a pack. Poke a few holes in the pack with a fork.
- Place the foil pack onto the heated grill over direct heat. Cover the grill and let cook for 20 minutes.
